Backgrounds
Backgrounds will be transparent, solid, or have a simple pattern depending on the commissioner's request. No additional fee will be charged.Complex backgrounds and scenes can be discussed in further detail. Pricing will depend on its complexity.
TOS
Terms of ServiceI have the right to reject or cancel your commission at any time. I will, of course, notify you and provide you with a full refund.
To request a commission from me, you must agree to the following terms:
Client
• You may post and share commissioned pieces with proper credit.
• You may print commissioned pieces, as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only.
• Commercial use is not okay, unless otherwise specified.
• You may not claim my artwork as your own.
• You may not make alterations to my art, nor trace over it.
• You may not use my art for AI or NFT purposes.
• You may not request a refund.
Artist
• I may post and promote commissioned work as I wish.
• I have the right to reject your commission for any reason.
• If I cancel your commission, a full refund will be provided.
Copyright
• I own the rights to my artwork and thus can promote and redistribute commissioned pieces.
• I may add a watermark or signature to any commissioned pieces.
• You own the right to the character(s) in the commissioned artwork if they are your original characters.
• I may not reuse or resell the artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment
• I only accept payment through PayPal (USD).
• Do not send me a payment until I have personally asked you to.
• I require full payment upfront before starting your commission.
• You may not haggle me about my prices. I will block you if you do.
Workflow
• To request a commission, please fill out the commission form below and send it either through email or social media.
• In order to avoid confusion on my end, please make your responses as clear as possible. If anything in your message is unclear, I will request further information.
• If I have not acknowledged your message within a week, you may reach out to me again.
• Once I have confirmed your commission, I will request payment.
• After the payment is received, I will begin working on your commission.
• I will send you a sketch, at which point, you may request up to two major alterations. Any additional major revisions will come with added fees.
• After the sketch is approved, you may no longer request major changes.
• Minor alterations (e.g. color correction) may be made past this point, if I made a mistake in drawing the character accurately.
• If you would like to see additional WIPs past the sketch, please request it.
• I am not responsible if you are unsatisfied with the end result, if you did not provide feedback to adjust elements you were unhappy with.
• Feedback aimed at my specific art style may be rejected.
